Spooky Season is officially here, and the Dads From The Crypt are kicking it off with some seriously stupid scares! Jason and Mando are diving into the 1991 horror-comedy classic ERNEST SCARED STUPID as the movie celebrates its 35th anniversary!Joining us for the fun is Kyra Gardner, director of the upcoming horror slasher SLAY, as we revisit Ernest P. Worrell's battle against the evil troll Trantor (designed by the Chiodo Brothers!). Is Ernest Scared Stupid still one of the great horror comedies of the '90s, or has the troll gotten a little long in the tooth? We're also celebrating the movie's 35th anniversary by taking a look at the soon-to-be-released Ernest Scared Stupid shirts from Fright Rags! If you're a fan of Ernest, '90s horror, practical effects, or just some good old-fashioned spooky-season nostalgia, this one's for you.So grab your Miak, keep your eyes peeled for trolls, and join the Dads From The Crypt as we kick off Spooky Season with ERNEST SCARED STUPID!
